Tell us a bit about your store: We sell a wide range of fish, prawns, crabs, oysters and more, plus offer catering for all events! 

When we visit your store who's most likely to serve us? We've got a great team here all of which are focused on providing excellent customer service. My wife Cherie and I are here most days which customers love to see.

What sets you apart from other seafood operators? I consider myself very fussy. This comes down to hygiene and even more-so providing exceptional quality products.

How long have you been working here? It’s been 10 years at Rockdale Plaza and I've had 30 years experience in the industry.  

What's the typical working week look like for you? Early starts! We're at the fish markets at 5.30am and work 5-6 days a week.

What’s something that might surprise people about your store? A lot of people purchase sashimi in bulk to make sushi at home! 

What do you enjoy most about work? We love having a bit of banter with our customers, some of who have been with us since the beginning!
