What does your store specialise in? Portuguese chicken! We sell delicious burgers and wraps that you just have to try yourself. 

Tell us a bit about the history of your store We've been in the centre for 17 years. It's a family run business as both my mum and son are cooks!  

What's a typical day in the store look like for you? I'm here 7 days a week so it's always busy. Firing up the kitchen, taking/preparing orders and serving our regular customers.

What's changed most in recent times? Food delivery services have helped shape the way we do business. We've partnered with Uber Eats, Menu Log, Deliveroo and Door Dash to maximise convenience for our customers  

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I love watching crime/action shows
